Location & access
The Classic is ideally situated in down-town Brussels, just 20 steps away from the world-renowned Grand Place. It is a unique, small and charming private town house, set in a 16th century building, that offers all the necessary modern amenities for travellers.
It is central to a large variety of shops (Antoine Dansaert, Rue Neuve, Anspach), landmarks and cultural points of interest, with uptown Brussels, the Sablon, La Bourse and the European Quarter easily reachable by foot or public transport.
Train, tram, bus and metro stations are all a short walk away (Gare Centrale / Bourse). A public parking is also available just around the corner for 24 euro per overnight stay.
Our private rooms
Every stay at The Classic is in a private room. Rooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower and toilet, and we provide shampoo, shower gel and hand cleaner free of charge. Rooms are equipped with lockers for your belongings (padlocks for sale at the reception), and towels and bedlinen are provided for the guests. All rooms and common areas have air conditioning.
Lounge and shared kitchen
The Classic prides itself on a welcoming and cosy atmosphere in the lounge, decorated in a classic, timeless style, where you will find comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, board games, books and magazines. There is a shared kitchen with a dedicated seating area and all that's needed to prepare a meal: an oven, microwave, fridge, cooktop, kettle, utensils and spices.
Food and drink
A vending machine with soft drinks is at our guests' disposal, and an ample choice of food options can be found in the adjacent streets, ranging from gastronomic restaurants to street food pop-ups and of course Brussels delicacies.
